Powder, Sushi and now canyoning!

Calendar August 15th, 2012

Japan is the ideal location to start a ski instructing career, with the most powder in the world, and amazing culture/food. What most dont know is the light fluffy powder that falls in winter is only a fraction of whats on offer for adrenaline junkies, when summer roles around it makes it hard to leave!

Last year Angus came to Minakami Japan to become an instructor in winter and couldnt leave!

Before the start of the 2011 winter season Angus’s Job offer was already guaranteed through his internship with EA Ski and Snowboard Training, Angus was all set for the dream winter! The snow falls constantly in Japan, and its normal to wake up to 2 feet of powder in the morning!

Angus and the rest of the EA interns had an amazing time instructing and skiing deep powder, their best winter ever! But four months in heaven wasn’t enough for Angus, he fell in love with Minakami, cancelled his ticket back home and stuck around for summer!

Lucky for Angus, Canyons ski school is one of Minakami top canyoning company in summer, so Angus took the opportunity to keep working for the company, and recently received his commercial canyoning ticket!

Angus and the other EA Interns had no previous experience as training and certification is all part of the internship. Read more on EA’s most popular ski instructor course with a guaranteed job here.

There are only 4 places left on this instructor course, so apply today!
