Mt Norquay Ski Resort is located near the township of Banff and is famous for being the training ground of Olympic and World Cup athletes. It is a boutique ski resort that offers 503 metres of vertical and 28 trails spread across 190 acres of terrain.
Mt Norquay is a family-friendly, uncrowded resort offering sensational views and the closest ski resort to Banff. A favourite among EA Ski & Snowboard Interns, Mt Norquay is the perfect place to become an instructor offering a close-knit working environment, night skiing and guaranteed snow. This is the best-kept secret in the Canadian Rockies.

EA Ski & Snowboard Interns will live in Banff, the highest town in Canada. Banff is a bustling resort town with a fun nightlife scene.
Working as an instructor at Mt. Norquay offers great opportunities for anyone interested in pursuing their instructor career. Mt Norquay employees are well supported and provided with internal training opportunities. A high level of professionalism and organisational skills are expected, and you can expect to be busy during the holiday weeks such as Christmas and public holidays, with less work available during the remainder of the season.
We have a shared house in the heart of Banff! Accommodation is located 250m from the centre of Banff. This really is a dream location.
