This ski school exclusively specializes in private ski & snowboard lessons and resort guiding services. This resort has a small team of carefully selected instructors, who ensure the highest level of customer service and lesson quality. The north-facing slopes at Hakuba 47 also make the snow quality better than other resorts, as the cooler temperatures and reduced solar exposure preserve it. Its beginner terrain is mid-mountain, again very convenient for low snow years or early season lessons.
With more than 200 trails, fantastic powder and some of the longest vertical skiing in Japan, Hakuba has earned its reputation as an absolute must for the bucket list for skiers and boarders of all levels. The season here can start as early as November, but the best conditions can generally be found from December to late February, with March perfect for spring skiing and some of the resorts staying open until the first week of May.
