Tell me about Palisades Tahoe
Palisades Tahoe, also known as Olympic Valley, is a very popular resort in the USA known for its big terrain, powder days and epic spring conditions bring the party to town all season long. Overlooking Lake Tahoe, the resort features two mountains - Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows. Combined they feature over 270 trails accessed via 40 lifts across more than 6000 acres of skiable terrain. While the mountains aren't yet connected by lifts you can easily pick up a transfer bus between them and they are both covered by the same lift pass.
It gained notoriety with ski films such as G.N.A.R introducing the world to its competitive yet friendly ski culture. In the movie they reveal the previously secret game played by locals where you earn points for attempting certain lines, hunting down gnomes and boasting. After a season here, you'll surely be approaching people and letting them know that you're the best skier on the mountain ;)
