As flights & insurance aren't included within our intern programs, we recommend that you investigate both early for best prices and to ensure availability.

Once your place and course are confirmed. We will advise you of your arrival location and preferred arrival time via email or your program hub. Once you have confirmed your flights please complete the flight form with your flight Number, Departure Airport, Departure Date & Time, Arrival Airport, Arrival Date & Time.

Top Tips

1. If you are on an Internship Program, do not confirm flights prior to receiving final confirmation of your program dates. We advise all participants to purchase a "Flexible" ticket option where applicable.

2. Please discuss your personal travel insurance requirements with The Travellist to ensure the policy you buy is adequate for you. We highly recommend having your policy in place as soon as feasible once you have paid your initial deposit. Your insurance should have provision for "Trip Cancellation" to protect you in the event you are not able to travel due to too unforeseen reasons. The Travellist have a range of policy options to suit your specific needs.

3. If you are travelling to Canada on a working holiday visa, your insurance policy needs to cover the full length of your stay in-country. Your visa length will only last as long as your insurance policy and you will be asked to show this on entry to Canada, and at any time during your stay.
