Travel Insurance
Purchase your travel insurance HERE or contact the team to discuss your needs : easnow@thetravellistco.com
We highly recommend having your policy in place as soon as you have paid your initial deposit. Please discuss your personal travel insurance needs with The Travellist Co. team, or your provider to ensure that the policy you purchase is suitable for you. It's important to review your policy to make sure you are comfortable with its inclusions. This should include benefits;
- Cancellation (up to the program amount),
- Interruption
- Medical Expenses
- Travel disruption
- Baggage & documents, alongside cover for
- Winter sports activities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are travelling to Canada on a working holiday visa, your insurance policy needs to cover the full length of your stay in-country. Your visa will only be granted for the duration of your valid insurance policy, and you will be asked to show this on entry to Canada. It is not possible to get an extension on the visa once it is issued at the border, even if you intend to extend your insurance policy later.
Program Dates
We will advise you of the arrival time and location for your group via email or your program hub once the course dates are confirmed. We arrange accommodation and transport on a group basis - if you are arriving outside of the suggested arrival date and time, (e.g. arriving a night early) you will need to arrange your own accommodation/transport until the group meeting. Please contact us with any questions.
Flights
Coordinating everything you need to head overseas can be a bit of a headache, so EA has an exclusive global partnership with The Travellist Co. giving you access to preferential service, travel booking support, and expert advice on all things travel; including travel insurance and flight arrangements. By partnering with EA, the team understands your course and its unique requirements. They will ensure you have appropriate travel insurance cover, travel with others on your course, and ensure you travel on the appropriate flight (at the right time!) for your course.

Tips
- We strongly recommend ensuring your working holiday visa is approved prior to booking flights, and you have completed a successful interview with your snow school employer (if applicable).
- End dates: Training-only programs have fixed departure dates. For internship programs, end-of-season departure dates are generally flexible and depend on your employment contract, snow conditions / work levels later in the season, and whether your accommodation is booked for a fixed period. It's best to check with us before booking your return flight if you are unsure, or book a flexible ticket to allow for changes to your plans.
It may not yet be time to think about flights, for clarification please ask your training consultant.
