Club Med have teamed up with EA Ski and Snowboard Training to offer full instructor training, a guaranteed English-speaking instructor job, and a guaranteed (FIXED) salary. On top of this you will get to use the resort facilities, ski and snowboard for free at local resorts, enjoy all meals prepared and catered for you, stay in comfortable accommodation, all with the peace of mind that your salary is locked in.
How much is this all going to cost you?
Well that’s where things get even more interesting! As Club Med expands over two Japanese resort areas and caters to over 300,000 skier days each winter season, the demand for English speaking instructors has increased. This has allowed EA Ski & Snowboard Training to set up a Club Med package that offers interns the chance to recoup a large portion of their course costs through their guaranteed salary! All the inclusions provided through an EA internship (accommodation, exam, training, lift passes, meals etc.) have made this course an INDUSTRY FIRST!
How does that work?
Club Med is unique in our selection of available internships as it has the opportunity to pay back a large portion of your program fees as you are a salaried employee. After deductions for your accommodation, food plan and taxes you will net approximately $1000 USD/month. And with about 4 months of work you would net close to $4000 USD and this is after your living costs. Club Med also has a social aspect, where you can partake in the guest entertainment with a small one day/week commitment where you can then have alcohol covered when you are socializing with guests!
Why are we doing this?
As Japan takes off as one of the world’s most sought after ski destinations, EA has decided to lead the way in instructor training. This special focus on Japan comes at a time when people are travelling from all over the world to experience Japanese powder, hospitality and culture. Already working with the top snow schools around the globe, EA have the most Japanese course locations, at the best resorts, and all we needed to put the ‘icing on the cake’ was an opportunity that allows instructors to secure their income to pay back most costs of their internationally recognised instructor qualification, immediately after achieving their certification.
