When you join EA on an instructor internship with European Snowsports in Verbier, you will receive a job offer as well as a full Four Valleys Season staff ski pass. Training begins in late November and exams take place before Christmas. In January, you will kick off your level two training, first aid and avalanche training with your second exam taking place later that month. Between February and April, there are instructor job opportunities for those who successfully complete the program and have shown the kind of professional approach required by European Snowsport of all of its employees.
EA trainees have access to shared chalet style accommodation through Verbier Connect, a local, English speaking provider. EA covers rent until the end of the level 1 exam and trainees are responsible for payments from there onwards, this is organised prior to the start of the season directly with Verbier Connect.
The shared chalets are well located and provide the comforts of home. Cost is approximately 1000CHF per month for the remainder of the season, which is on par for central Verbier. Rates and locations may vary from time to time, and if they do we will endeavour to let you know at the earliest opportunity.

Our Ski and Snowboard Internship at Verbier, Switzerland allows you to obtain a globally recognised qualification with the NZSIA (New Zealand Ski Instructors Alliance).
The NZSIA has a long-standing history and has been training and qualifying ski instructors in its system since 1971. It is internationally recognised as a well-established, professional provider and has a reputation for high-quality and knowledge. NZSIA instructors can competently perform and teach on snow in many cultures and conditions. This qualification can take you anywhere.
